These terms govern access to the Team VADE Athlete Portal and supplement VADE Nutrition’s Terms & Conditions and any separate written athlete agreement.

The portal is for people Vade Nutrition, Inc. has accepted into Team VADE. Keep your account access secure, provide accurate information, and notify VADE if you believe someone else has accessed your account. Portal access may be limited or ended when membership ends, information is misused, or these terms are not followed.
Athlete content and brand conduct
You keep ownership of content you create. When you deliberately add content to the Team VADE library or submit it to VADE, you give VADE permission to review, organize, and display it inside the program. Any broader advertising, licensing, or paid usage requires the terms applicable to that campaign or a separate written agreement.
Content must be truthful, original or properly authorized, respectful, and compliant with applicable platform rules and disclosure requirements. Do not make health, performance, or product claims that VADE has not approved.
Codes, commissions, products, and opportunities
A displayed athlete discount code can be used only under the current program rules. Sales attribution, commission eligibility, product allowances, paid opportunities, travel, and monthly compensation apply only when the portal or a separate written brief says they are active and states the applicable terms.
Tier progress can establish eligibility for review, but it does not guarantee promotion, compensation, product, selection, travel, or event participation.
Private team areas
Team profiles, internal messages, opportunity details, launch plans, and other nonpublic portal material are for accepted athletes. Do not copy, scrape, publish, sell, or disclose private member or program information outside the purpose for which it was shared.
Service availability and changes
The portal may change as Team VADE develops. Features can be updated, limited, or discontinued, and temporary interruptions may occur. The current portal, program playbook, campaign briefs, and separate written agreements control over earlier descriptions when terms conflict.
